He is survived by his wife Claire of St. George, Utah, his sons Fred Jr. of Hendrson, Nevada and Dominique of St. George, Utah, Daughters Maghen of Ellensburg, WA and Jessica of St. George, Utah. He also is survived by 10 grandkids.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
