Allan John Kloiber

Allan John Kloiber, 84 of Washington, Utah passed away on July 20, 2025. He was born December 21, 1940 in Baden, Pennsylvania to John and Louise Kloiber and was the only surviving son, losing a brother in WWII. He is remembered as a loving, patient Christian man who was adored by his wife, family and friends. After graduating college, Allan taught biology in the Pittsburgh Heron Hill School system. He later worked at HH Robertson Steel Mill, family farmed and as an Engineer for Westinghouse in Pittsburgh, Pa. Allan unexpectedly lost his first wife, Linda, in 1994. He married Efigenia Amundson from Salt Lake UT on January 2 ,1995. He moved to Salt Lake City and worked for Sundance with his wife for several years before retiring.

Allan and Efigenia traveled the U.S by RV after retiring for years visiting family and making new friends along the way. They loved each other and were always seen holding hands. Allan loved to garden, fish, hunt, fix things and read his Bible. He loved Jesus and was a man of prayer.

Allan is survived by the love of his life, Efigenia . He also leaves behind 7 children: Michele (J.R.) Rodriguez Corpus Christi, TX, Lynn (Scott) Knowlen Mandan ND, Allan Jr. (Melissa) Kloiber Great Falls, MT, David (Cheryl, deceased) Kloiber, Eastaboga, AL, Erik (Alicia) Amundson Bluffdale, UT, Justin Amundson Bluffdale, UT, Jessica (D.J.) Heinze Washinton, UT.

18 Grandchildren, 9 Great grandchildren ,all of whom brought immense joy to his long blessed life.

A Celebration of Life will be held for family at a later date.
