Brice Lee Hedrick, age 81, passed away on February 21, 2026, in St. George, Utah. Brice was born September 11, 1944, Indianapolis, Indiana, a son of Charles Lowell Hedrick, Sr. & Wilma Bernice (Weaver) Hedrick. He graduated from Arlington High School, Indianapolis, Indiana June 6, 1963.
On August 8, 1964, Brice married Susan Eileen (Pickering) Hedrick in Indianapolis, Indiana. They were sealed in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on 4 December 1967. They were blessed parents of two sons, Aaron David Hedrick and Nathan Bradley Hedrick.
Brice was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, holding many positions: Stake Mission President, Bishop's Counselor, Executive Secretary, Elder’s Quorum President, Young Men's President, Sunday School President, Bishop of the Murray 3rd Ward; Stake High Council, Mission President Arizona Tempe Arizona 1995-1998, Sealer in St. George LDS Temple. He was a faithful servant of his Heavenly Father.
From 1966-1969, Brice served his country in the United States Army in Alaska and Texas. Brice’s career was financial management and he was owner of Hedrick & Associates, Inc.
Survivors are his wife, Susan Eileen (Pickering) Hedrick; two sons, Aaron David (Jennifer) Hedrick; Nathan Bradley Hedrick;, brother, Charles Lowell (Patricia) Hedrick Jr., sister, Judith Kay (Jack) Braithwaite; brother-in-law, Melvin Moon; grandson, Connor Riley Hedrick; granddaughters, Olivia Rayne Hedrick and Eleanor Jane Hedrick; one great-grandson, Wesley Gunnar Hedrick; many nieces & nephews.
Preceded in death by parents; daughter-in-law, Bonnie (Dinneen) Hedrick, sister, Carolyn Sue (Melvin) Moon; brother-in-law, Howard Douglas Pickering, in-laws, Wendell Edwin and Edna Louise (Hartle) Pickering.
A graveside service with military honor guard will be Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 11:00 am Tonaquint Cemetery, St, George, Utah. McMillan Mortuary providing care. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your church or favorite charity. Grateful to Dallas and her staff at Legacy Memory Care, St. George, Utah, for their kind care of Brice.
