Carolyn "Lyn" Jakubczak

Carolyn Lyn Jakubczak passed away at the age of 83, in St. George, Utah. She was born on October 7, 1935 in Sioux City, Iowa to Ronald and Carolyn Woodke.

She graduated high school in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and went on to become a registered X-ray technician. She started her career in Hazelcrest, Illinois where she met her husband Ray Jakubczak. They were married on January 10, 1959.

She is survived by her Husband Raymond (Ray), sons Raymond (Mary Ann), Robert “Bob” (Lorena) and two grandchildren, Daniel and Raymond, both of Colorado Springs, CO. She also has a sister, Mary Peterson of St. George, Utah.

Memorial Services will held on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at 11:00 am at the Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church located at 611 N. 2450 E. St. George, UT.
