Dennis Mark Wilson, 84, went to his heavenly home November 25, 2022, in Hurricane, UT. He was born June 22, 1938, in Los Angeles, California to James and Rachel Lois Wilson. He married Patricia (Patty) Wheeler. They were married in Seattle Washington Temple on May 26, 1984.
Dennis was raised in East LA. His mom and dad owned a restaurant, and he loved going there to eat their food, especially the hamburgers and a piece of pie that they served. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
He was a commercial artist. He joined the Army and worked on classified artwork for them. He worked at North American Aviation and the Highlander News Paper. He then moved to Spokane, Washington and worked at Wagstaff Engineering.
He loved to collect old cars and paint flames on them. His interests were collecting antique furniture, mud men, motorcycles, guns, knives, and Chinese art pieces.
Dennis is survived by his wife of 38 years, Patty Wilson; Daughter, Dawn Wilson and Debbie Glover of Arlington, TX; Daughter, Denise and Joel Carver of Amarillo, TX; Son, Darrel Wilson of Deer Park, WA; Daughter, Holly and Kevin Hjorth of Cedaredge, CO; Daughter, Heidi and Brian Neville of Lehi, UT; Daughter, Jaime Lynn Bond of Sandy UT; Son, Scott and Naomi Bond of Enoch, UT; 24 Grandchildren, 30 Great Grandchildren.
Funeral service will be Saturday, December 3,2022 at 10:30 am at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 677 S. 700 W., Hurricane, UT. Viewing will be Saturday December 3, 2022 from 9:15 – 10:15 am at the same location. Interment will be at Hurricane City Cemetery.
