Donald James Corns, 66, passed away on December 29, 2023 in St. George, UT. He was born
April 22, 1957 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada to Herbert and Betty. His family moved to Monterey
County California when he was 7. He married Shelli (Steindorf) Corns in Salinas, CA in 1983.
After their marriage, they moved to Ukiah, CA where he worked for Masonite, then Gallo of Sonoma,
Rack and Riddle, and retired from Duckhorn Wine Company . In retirement, they moved to Nevada.
Don was a man of many talents and loved working with his hands and being outdoors. Even
when retired, he and Shelli found a greater passion for traveling, woodworking, and taking long
walks daily with their dog, Savannah.
Don was someone who made a huge impact on those he encountered and he was loved by
many.
He is survived by his wife, Shelli, and his kids Jamie and Zachary, and four grandchildren, his
sisters and brothers.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday May 11, 2024 2pm, at 13101 Tomki Rd, Redwood
