Frank Rasmussen

Frank Dean Rasmussen, 56, died Thursday, August 4, 2011. He was born on December 28, 1954 to Dean Harris and Lucy Joan Rasmussen in Provo, UT.

Frank is survived by his daughter: April Slizewski of Sandy, UT; his mother and step-father: Lucy Joan and Jess Boots of Virgin, UT; three sisters: Jo-Dean Steadman of Hurricane, UT; Cyinthia Rasmussen and Rebecca Brooke of LaVerkin, UT; two brothers: Garth Rasmussen of LaVerkin, UT and Bret Rasmussen of Parowan, UT; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father: Dean and one brother: Ronald D Rasmussen.

A Memorial Service will be held at Fish Lake at a later date.
