Gail J. Rosenkrantz passed Saturday April 28, 2018 at the age of 75 of lung conditions and other health problems. He was born on December 18, 1942 in Culver City, California to Thelma Ruth Barben and Gail P. Rosenkrantz. Gail married his high school sweetheart, Sherrie Powell, on May 10th, 1963 and ten years later was sealed in the Salt Lake City Temple. Gail served four years in the air force. He was an avid sportsman and loved the outdoors. Gail was a great mechanic for the Washington County School District for many years. Gail and Sherrie served a six-month church mission at Cove Fort, UT in 2009, a highlight of his life. He served in many callings in the church. The family wishes to thank Dixie Hospice for their wonderful care the last few months of his life.

Gail is survived by his wife Sherrie, two daughters: Debra Myrick (Chris), St. George, Arlene (Sam), Sacramento, one son Darin (Julie), St. George, three grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He is also survived by four brothers and two sisters. Preceded in death by his mother, father, and older sister.

Funeral services will be held Saturday May 5, 2018 at 11:00am at the Foothills Ward LDS Chapel 2450 S. 2100 E. Visitation will be prior to service from 9:30-10:30 am at the church.   Interment at the Tonaquint Cemetery.
