Jean Wellman

Jean was born May 12, 1921 in Portland, Oregon to Harold R. Glaisyer and Agnes Petree.
Jean graduated from Hollywood High in 1939. Earlier in her life she was a keypunch operator for the aviation industry in southern California, and mother of three.
She is preceded in death by her parents as well as her brother Robert Glaisyer and half-brother Harold Glaisyer.
Jean is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 66 years, Travis Wellman. She is also survived by three children: Gregory Wellman of Merced, CA; Timothy Wellman of Chowchilla, CA; and Claudia Clair of Seattle, WA. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
Funeral Services are scheduled for Saturday, October 8, 2011 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 274 S. 100 W. Hurricane, Utah. Viewing is 9:45 am – 10:45 am. Funeral Service begins at 11:00 am. The Interment will be in the Kanab Cemetery.
