John Clyde Stephens, age 61, passed away September 27, 2010 in Toquerville, UT.
He was born October 12, 1948 in Long Beach, CA to Clyde and Joy Short Stephens.
John is survived by his wife Charlotte, three children, Deanne, Kimberly, John, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Graveside Services will be held Saturday October 2, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the Toquerville Cemetery.
