Lily Ann Rogers, aged 14, peacefully passed away on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, due to Sanfilippo Syndrome. Born on March 09, 2010, in St. George, Lily was the beloved daughter of Tony and Michelle Rogers. Despite her short time with us, Lily, a spirited redhead, touched numerous lives, teaching the invaluable lesson that actions speak louder than words, and that holding hands transcends language barriers. Though her time on earth felt fleeting, it was practically perfect in God's eyes.
While parents are typically the ones expected to teach, Lily became a profound teacher herself, not only to her parents and siblings but to all who knew and cherished her. Her legacy of compassion, patience, and attentiveness to others' needs will forever resonate. Lily adored the show Bubble Guppies, and anyone who spent time with her will recall its music. So, in the spirit of Lily's joy, I'll conclude with: "What time is it?"
A celebration of Lily's life will be held at a date and time yet to be determined, as we gather to honor our cherished daughter and the love she inspired in us all.
