Michael Cullen

Michael Roy Cullen, 69 years old passed away Tuesday, September 20, 2011 in St. George, UT of cancer. Mike was born on December 1, 1941 in Boise, ID to Roy L and Florence P. Cullen and was the oldest of three children.

Mike was born with Cerebral Palsy and was limited to slow physical reactions but was greatly blessed in all other essential capacities a human can possess in character and selflessness and compassion. Mike never had an enemy and was a constant attraction to small children and all animals.

Mike was a resident of St. George Care and Rehabilitation since 2005, where he held many important positions: Chief Morale Officer, Honorary C.N.A. Director of Hugs and Smile Consultant and participant as well as over all good feelings CEO.

Mike is survived by his two brothers: Patrick J. Cullen of Salmon, ID and Timothy R. (Maurine) Cullen of St. George, UT; six nieces and three nephews.

Mike will be missed by not only his family but by all who knew him, or had the opportunity to meet and hear of him. He was truly a remarkable man and friend of God and mankind.

Funeral Services will be Saturday, September 24, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the St. George Care and Rehab Center, 1032 E 100 S, St. George, UT. A visitation will be from 9:00 to 10:00 prior to services.
