Russell Elwin Hadley, 65, passed away at his home in Hurricane, Utah, on Saturday March 16, 2013. He was born May 3, 1947, in Cedar City, Utah, to Elwin and Theo Judd Hadley. He is married to Kathleen Croft Hadley. Funeral services will be Saturday, March 23, 2013, at 11:00 am at the Hurricane 7th Ward Chapel located at 155 E. 1050 N. Hurricane, Utah. There will be a viewing 15 minutes prior to services.
