Sherril D. Hafen

Sherril D Hafen, age 84, passed away peacefully at her care home in Henderson, NV on November 11, 2025. She was born December 11, 1940 in Glenwood, UT to Utahna and Terrance Grant Meacham. She married Lloyd Hafen February 12, 1967 in Las Vegas, NV. Together they raised 9 children.

She lived in Glenwood, UT and went to school there until High School where she attended in Richfield, UT. She worked as a Telephone Operator, a Cake Decorator and a Real Estate Agent. She enjoyed reading, painting, playing piano, crafts and her children.

She is preceded in death by her parents Utahna and Terrance Grant Meacham, her brother Robert Gary Meacham her sisters Dorothey Ann Bills, Susan Meacham , her Daughter Stephanie Kaye Glazier and her husband Lloyd Hafen.

She is survived by her children Shana (Terry) Gardner, Gary (Terry) Hafen, Warren (Kay) Hafen, Lisa (Philip) Jacobs, Beth (Troy) Turner, Teresa Holmes, Lloyd (Jody) Hafen, Tiffany (Chris) Muegge, 26 Grandchildren and 33 Great Grandchildren.

Graveside Services will be held on Friday, December 5, 2025 at 11:30am at the Ivins City Cemetery, 200 W. 400 N. Ivins, Utah 84738.
