Thomas William Mackay, passed away peacefully on December 22, 2025, at the age of 85. Born on February 26, 1940, to Wendell and Blanche Mackay in Los Angeles, California.

A viewing will take place on Saturday, December 27, 2025, from 10:00- 12:00pm at the Boulder Ridge East Stake Center located at 450 W. 3650 S., Washington, UT 84780. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at 11:00am at Sundberg-Olpin Mortuary, 495 S. State St, Orem, UT 840658. Interment will be at the Pleasant Grove Cemetery, 500 N. 100 W. St. Pleasant Grove, UT 84062 following the funeral services.
