Amy was born in Utah and lived in Arizona and California before moving back to Utah in 2004. She always loved and appreciated the beauty of the earth. She spent her life serving others and had a gift for making everyone feel loved. Her greatest joy in life came from being a mother and grandmother. She embraced the role of keeping scattered family members connected and brightened the lives of all who knew her.

Amy was a life long faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Her love for and testimony of Christ was the foundation of her life.

The family would like to thank the staff at Fresenius Kidney Care/Liberty Dialysis in St. George, Utah, especially Dr. Carlos Mercado and Greg Larsen, for their years of devoted service to our wife and mother.
