Linda was predeceased by her husband, Joseph “Bill” William Stallings, Jr. She married her sweetheart and eternal companion on the 3rd of December in 1987, at a drive-thru chapel in Las Vegas, Nevada.  They were like two teenage kids, in a hurry to become one.  Excited to start their adventures together.  They traveled together.  They volunteered together.  They fought Multiple Sclerosis together.  Linda was awarded the 2002 State of Utah MS Award. She started a Multiple Sclerosis support group, volunteered for the MS walk, and held tight to her motto that “MS can’t keep me down!”. Linda was also instrumental in the direction of The Jubilee of Trees, here in St.George, and the cycling director’s right hand (Joe) for the Huntsman World Senior Games. They traveled the country in their RV, given the name of, Discovery. They traveled to Canada and took school supplies to children in Mexico. Linda was a member of the Church of Latter Day Saints and loved the many callings she received throughout the years. Linda enjoyed spending time with her friends in the Branch as well as her many friends in SunRiver.

Linda had a heart to help, and Linda’s attitude and outlook on life was much to be admired.  She was a beautiful woman of grace, elegance and poise, with a wonderful balance of silliness and humor. Linda was dearly loved and respected, and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Linda had a special relationship with her siblings that include Pat Straube (Darrell), Billie Blackhurst (Richard), Steve Simonian (Irene), and dearly departed Debbie Bogosian (Sod).
