Debbie Tunvilai

June 10, 1980 — February 3, 2021

St. George, Utah

Debbie Tunvilai, age 40, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at home in St. George, UT. She was born in Torrance, CA on June 10, 1980 to parents Somsakdi and Meleane Tunvilai.

Debbie was of the Latter Day Saint faith and graduated seminary from the same. She was raised in Paramount, CA and graduated from Jordan High School in 1998. She then graduated from ITT Technical and worked in the Information Technology industry most of her life.

Though a serious professional, she was light-hearted, loved to joke and laugh, and to the very end, she loved to sing and karaoke. One of her favorite things to do was travel and take road trips with family where we could reminisce and laugh about past memories. If Debbie could learn how to cook something from scratch, it quickly became one of her favorite recipes. She mostly enjoyed watching YOU cook it from scratch though!

Debbie is survived by her loving son, “Taedi” Taelor Tunvilai. She Is also survived by her sister Shirley Facey and her family which consist of husband, Eric Facey, and nieces and nephews Kendall, Jordan, Mikayla, Ethan, Elena, and Evan.
